We are proud to share RainSure Scientific’s digital PCR technology contribute to the landmark clinical study: 🧬 “AAV Gene Therapy for Autosomal Recessive Deafness 9: A Single-Arm Trial” (Nature Medicine, 2025). This pioneering trial, led by Southeast University and collaborators across China, demonstrated restored auditory function in patients with DFNB9 deafness following AAV-OTOF gene therapy. RainSure’s DropDx-2044 Digital PCR system played a key role in quantifying the AAV-OTOF vector copies in human whole blood samples — delivering precise, absolute measurements critical for assessing vector biodistribution and gene therapy safety. Key data generated using RainSure Digital PCR: 1. Quantitative detection range: 1–10⁶ copies per 20 µL reaction 2. Reliable AAV copy number quantification from 100 µL whole blood 3.
