The product is a digital PCR-based in vitro diagnostic kit for the quantitative detection of BCR-ABL1 and ABL1 transcripts in total RNA from whole blood samples of patients with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) who are t(9;22)-positive and carry BCR-ABL1 fusion transcripts (e13a2 and/or e14a2).
