The RS32 All-in-One Droplet Digital PCR System brings next-generation precision to your laboratory, enabling research at a level once beyond reach.
Based on the principle of sample partitioning and Poisson statistics, DNA or RNA templates are divided into over 20,000 nanoliter droplets, each containing zero or one target molecule. After PCR amplification, droplets with amplified targets emit fluorescence, while negatives remain dark. By counting these fluorescent droplets, the system calculates absolute copy number with unmatched accuracy.
Powered by advanced microfluidic technology, the RS32 ensures consistent droplet generation and robust performance across every run.
The system supports a wide range of applications, including tumor biomarker detection, copy number variation, viral and microbial pathogen analysis, GMO testing, mRNA/miRNA quantification, rare variant detection, NGS reference standard QC, and gene-editing verification.
