Overview
Our lyophilized digital PCR mastermix is a probe-based formulation designed for high-precision droplet digital PCR (dPCR) applications. It contains all required PCR components - including buffer, dNTPs, Mg²⁺, and hot-start Taq polymerase - allowing users to simply add primers, probes, and templates. The lyophilised format enables room-temperature transport and storage, simplifying logistics and ensuring consistent performance.

How It Works
The mastermix partitions samples into tens of thousands of droplets on a digital PCR chip. Each droplet undergoes amplification, and fluorescence-positive droplets are quantified through Poisson statistics to determine absolute copy number with high precision.
